iPhone broke and now my iPod. Fuckity, fuck I need a replacement ASAP. I can’t carry my iPad with me when I workout. Could you imagine that? Oh hi, yeah I’m just doing this elliptical thing (still don’t know what that one machine is called, no it’s not the elliptical) while listening to music on my iPad. I need a good gif for that.

That Darn Table

So I walked in to work this morning and the “table” had a tray of cupcakes (my biggest weakness) and some coconut ball things. Really?? Must you continue to torment me? I closed my eyes and kept on going.

In other news, I haven’t worked out the last 4 or so days due to the cold affecting my knees. I have the worst knee problems and cold makes it worst. Today owever is a beautiful day, warmer, and my knees are feeling much better. Not sure what I’ll be doing tonight but I know it’ll make me sweat.

What are your workout routines?

The hardest place for me to stick to eating well is work. Every time I go in there’s all types of baked goods and candy sitting on the table I have to past to get to my office. The cakes call to me, “Des come on over and indulge in me.” Now don’t get me wrong I’m not saying I don’t have an occasional slice of cake, or chocolate bar, but I have cut them out A LOT. While I know it’s up to me to pass on the sweets, it really makes it a bit harder when just about everyday there’s freshly baked goods and candy galore sitting on this table. Today I won, I passed said table several times without thinking twice about grabbing something.

Sooo, something I’ve noticed a lot of people say when they see my before/afters is that they don’t believe the order in which they’re dated because there are no “in between” pictures. As a result, I’m just going to make two separate posts- a face one and a body one- from the beginning to now, and stick them in the FAQ.

A great example of needing to do more than not eat and run 20 miles a day to “be in shape”. Incredible body!

Weigh In Wednesday:

So here we go with the weigh ins. Let’s ssee how it goes.

Height: 5’1

Starting weight : 182 lbs.

Highest Weight: 190 lbs.

Goal weight: 130 lbs.

Weight on 12/21/11: 160 lbs.

Weight today 01/18/2012: 162.4 lbs.

So I’m up as you can see, but it’s ok. I’m not gonna let it discourage me. Just gonna keep on chipping away.
